Founding Sales Representative — GeN3 Media (Miami)

GeN3 Media is building at the intersection of media, culture, and immersive storytelling — and we’re looking for a founding, commission-based Sales Representative to help drive growth in Miami.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Miami, ideal for someone entrepreneurial, well-connected, and motivated to build a six-figure income through high commissions.
Where You’ll Make an Impact:
• Work with qualified leads provided by GeN3 Media
• Develop new business across advertising, brand partnerships, and event sponsorships
• Collaborate closely with GeN3 Studio to shape 30—60—90 day storytelling campaigns for clients
• Represent GeN3 at high-profile events and networking opportunities throughout Miami
• Build relationships with brands across art, design, technology, and luxury sectors
Revenue You’ll Be Generating:
• Multi-platform immersive media campaigns
• Brand storytelling across digital, print, and immersive channels
• Placement in GeN3 Magazine and integrated event activations
Your Mindset:
• Strong sales drive with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience in agency, advertising, or event sponsorship sales is a major plus
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for culture, media, and emerging technology
